We are seeking a talented and experienced Server Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Server Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications that power our web-based platforms. Your expertise in Object-Oriented Languages, algorithm design, system architecture, and cloud platforms will be crucial in delivering high-quality and scalable solutions. In addition, your excellent communication skills and proactive approach will contribute to effective collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop server-side applications using Object-Oriented Languages, primarily C#, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Implement efficient and optimized algorithms to process and manipulate data effectively within server applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, and product managers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Apply system design fundamentals to architect robust and scalable server architectures that meet business needs and ensure efficient data flow.
• Utilize your expertise in Azure/AWS web architectures to deploy, manage, and optimize cloud-based server infrastructure and services.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of server applications to identify and fix issues promptly, ensuring high-quality code.
• Maintain documentation, including technical specifications, system diagrams, and development processes, to facilitate knowledge sharing and efficient collaboration.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to server development and apply them to enhance our systems.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, provide technical guidance, and present complex ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Take a proactive approach in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of server applications and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Languages, particularly C#, with a solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Deep knowledge of algorithm design and analysis, including data structures, optimization techniques, and complexity analysis.
• Familiarity with system design fundamentals, such as distributed systems, service-oriented architectures, and database design.
• Experience in deploying and managing server applications on Azure/AWS cloud platforms, including familiarity with related services and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Experience in agile development methodologies and collaborative software development tools, such as Git or Jira, is a plus.
• Prior experience in web application development or related fields is desirable.
