Annapurna Interactive is hiring up for an exciting new unannounced project in the Unreal engine. We are starting with a few key hires who will be guiding the project from inception through completion. If having loads of responsibility and starting something new with a small group of super talented folks sounds exciting, then check out below.

As Game Director you will have the responsibility of leading and maintaining the creative vision of an exciting new unannounced project. Ideally you can be hands-on and work directly in the tools alongside your colleagues to rapidly prototype ideas and prove out interesting scenarios.

Responsibilities

  • Own and guide all creative aspects of the project.
  • Clearly communicate the direction of the project to the team.
  • Collaborate with others to plan the project and manage scope.
  • Work hands-on in engine to create content.
  • Help drive overall quality of project.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a team on at least one full game project, end to end.
  • Significant lead design experience or other relevant experience
  • Experience in taking a project from prototype to release stage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • One shipped title in Unreal.

All roles are remote for the immediate future, with the goal of being based in Los Angeles once it’s safe to return to studio work.
