Astra is the home of puzzle and thinking games, and we're building out an organization to elevate the genre. We're mission-based, fully remote, and have big ambitions.
We're seeking a Producer or Associate Producer to join our growing publishing team (depending on experience). Reporting to our Senior Producer, the Producer will be responsible for the communication, tracking, and execution of production tasks in conjunction with our partnered portfolio development teams.
The Producer will contribute to portfolio selection discussions, get engaged with early developer conversations, and help coordinate and track titles through the signing to launch process. They will be the key contact between 3rd party development partners and the Astra publishing team, and responsible for ongoing updates and reports to internal stakeholders.

Careers at Astra
We are a small team of builders who love games. We know that games can shape minds and cultures, because they’ve shaped ours. We work hard to amplify creators that take this responsibility seriously.
We've been funding thinking games and offering grants to promising early-career designers, and now we think it's time to set up a publisher focused on those games. A lot of people enjoy games like Baba Is You, ElecHead, or The Witness as one-off experiences without identifying as a fan of a genre, and we believe there's an opportunity here to build a brand that can bring this eager audience what they didn't know they were missing.
Talent is at the heart of our mission. We believe deeply in the power of a talented and diverse team to make a big impact. Join us.
