As Producer on our team, your impact will lead to delivering world-class games while maintaining and improving the quality of production, scheduling, and business goals. Your analytical and communication talents will lead you to influence the team, and strive for best practices and outcomes.

We are looking for someone who is on top of their organizational skills, and inherently a systematic leader.

You are an experienced Producer in the gaming industry, and you know how to bring out the strengths of the team to develop an amazing product. Your expertise will help to empower the team with access to the right tools and resources to be productive and successful. Your understanding of the game development process is intricate and detailed with a player-centric approach.

What your day might look like

  • Provide insights and best practices around production, live ops, team health, player feedback, etc.
  • Manage and optimize project schedules, workflows, milestones, roadmaps, deliverables, and streamlining processes
  • Work closely with production, art, design, engineering & QA to drive quality
  • Operate in a hybrid-capacity balancing time between creative oversight & project management
  • Communicating and setting project objectives, strategies and general info to all members of the team and stakeholders
  • Coaching & developing team members, including contributing to the hiring process & growing the team
  • Pilots, creates and refines the game experience at multiple feature level to achieve and/or exceed the desired quality standard

Skills you’ll bring to Beans

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Game Producer with skills as a Project Manager
  • Have shipped a minimum of one game title in a Producer or Project Management role
  • Experience with JIRA - advanced filters, dashboard optimization
  • Running Scrum & Agile teams
  • Accounting for & solving problems with localization
