BUCK is seeking an experienced Games Producer to provide logistical leadership and project management for our growing games department. Qualified candidates will manage multiple game projects at different stages of development simultaneously. Successful candidates will possess strong communication and management skills, be familiar with current software development processes, have the ability to create/control budgets and schedules, and foster productive collaboration between creative leadership, design, and engineering talent. We make original, artistically driven games and are looking to work with someone who is excited to experiment and help create new things they’ve never seen before.

As a company, BUCK is relatively new to making games and this role is an opportunity to help establish best-practices within a new department while simultaneously benefiting from BUCK’s extensive experience, talent, and creative culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with teams to establish milestone schedules and goals.
  • Managing and coordinating production schedules and budgets.
  • Running efficient team meetings.
  • Ensure great communication across the team, identifying areas of potential conflict and preventing issues from escalating.
  • Being the primary point of contact with publishers during development, certification, release, and post-release.

Requirements:

  • 4-6+ years of experience as a producer creating, managing and reporting on development schedules for cross-functional teams.
  • Desire to collaborate with people across varied disciplines and backgrounds.
  • Experience leading teams from initial concept to launch.
  • Strong knowledge of project management and office software
  • Have shipped multiple PC/Console/Premium Mobile titles.
  • Bonus: Experience running an Agile / Scrum studio environment
