CM Games is an independent game developer of mobile and virtual reality titles, founded in Estonia in 2010.
Back in the day, we created a new genre of mobile games, diversified our projects by making premium live games for virtual reality with a focus on gameplay and atmosphere, and delved into the action, racing, and puzzle genres.
Our goal is to build a platform for talented people who love games and create exciting yet accessible games designed for a midcore and hardcore audience.
Dream Catcher is a relaxing spatial adventure puzzle game in which you create dreams for extraordinary characters by finding hidden objects, repairing broken items, creating an environment and bringing color to it. It's like Pixar's Soul vibe placed in a dream world!
The project is in pre-production, defining the production pipeline, enriching gameplay, environment-building, and forming a team. A public demo will be presented in June 2022, and early access to the game will be available on Steam in Q4 2022 - Q2 2023 with a ~$19.99 price point. The game will be updated regularly and build a community early on.

We are looking for a product manager who can create an accessible virtual reality experience and manage all the stages of the project from early launch to worldwide release and live-ops.
You will have the following tasks:
create and develop a new product;
define a long-term vision and strategy for the product;
develop an overall project budget;
work with the third parties to evaluate partnership and licensing opportunities;
harmonize the team' s work with a unified product roadmap;
create features enjoyed by the players;
coordinate the work of the team, partners, and external stakeholders to ensure consistency in the overall strategy and direction of product development.
What we expect from you:
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Game Producer, or Product Owner in game development;
proven successful track record of launching products;
excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
ability to be an informal leader for cross-functional teams;
at least one example of an effectively implemented document (product strategy, roadmap, etc.) drafted in the past.
A big plus will be:
bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred);
experience as a Product Manager in the development of virtual reality games;
technical background and/or experience in game or art design;
ability to work in the CEST time zone;
passion for games.
