Dinosaur Polo Club is growing yet again! We’ve released Mini Metro and Mini Motorways to great success, we have another exciting title on the way, and now we’re on the lookout for an experienced programmer to join our team.
We’re looking for someone with several years of experience as a professional programmer! You’ll need to have enough skills to be comfortable jumping into an established codebase, as well as setting up a new project from scratch. The work is highly collaborative, meaning that you’ll be working closely with the rest of the programming team and our other departments, frequently performing code reviews and providing feedback. Experience with Unity and C# would be beneficial.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Due to Covid-19 travel and immigration restrictions, applicants must currently be living in New Zealand. We are able to assist with work visas.
We value diversity and believe our team should be as varied and wonderful as the people who play our games. Our team is diverse in sexual orientation, nationality and gender, with nearly half of our staff identifying as women.
We believe that differences such as disabilities, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity and any other aspects of various cultures and identities are important perspectives that contribute to a well-rounded and engaging work environment. We know we’re creating better games when we have varied perspectives and experiences contributing to them. Women, LGBTQ+ community, Māori and Pasifika – we want to hear from you!
