Hello! Easy Allies is looking for a Community Manager! We’re a fan-funded group of gaming enthusiasts and journalists who do podcasts, shows, reviews, and live streams. The role would include helping us grow our brand through social media on Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch, as well as helping us manage a Patreon exclusive Discord, doing press outreach when relevant, and helping with overall strategy and event ideas. Our main goals are to gain new viewers and encourage existing viewers to become patrons, and we think that community management is a huge missing piece of our puzzle!
The primary focus of this position would be as outlined above, but helping with thumbnails, content management, supporting our volunteer moderators, and assisting with ideas for marketing would also be shared with other members of the team. If you are local, you may appear on camera either in shows/podcasts or streams, but this wouldn’t be a focus up front.
This is a full-time salaried position. Pay is competitive, everyone at Easy Allies is paid the same amount, so the better the company does the better we all do.
