Fireshine Games are currently looking for an Associate Producer to join the Production team that focuses on digital games. This role will provide the opportunity to work closely with our talented external development studios, collaborate with different departments internally (e.g. Marketing, PR, Sales) and work with a variety of third-party partners (e.g. testing, localisation, porting, platform holders). The associate producer will be mentored by either a producer or a senior producer.


  • Act as a regular point of contact between external development studios, internal stakeholders and third-party partners to support the making and the publishing of our games.
  • Ensure all key stakeholders on the development and the publishing side are aligned on the game’s product direction and are kept informed on the project’s progress.
  • Work with and support our external development studios from the publishing side in preparing milestone deliveries, testing and debugging rounds, localisation rounds, and platform submissions.
  • Review and approve development and porting milestones to ensure deliverables meet the quality target and that the game still follows the right product direction.
  • Review interim game builds regularly and provide publisher feedback to our external development studios - communicating logical and well-explained gameplay improvements.
  • Monitor the projects’ schedule and progress. Identify all relevant project risks in collaboration with the external development studios. Plan for contingencies and mitigations.
  • Coordinate third-party services such as testing rounds and localisation batches.
  • Support our external development studios in prioritising bugs, planning and resolutions (e.g. during testing rounds).
  • Liaise with platform holders and our release manager to coordinate console build submissions and approvals.
  • Champion the product on the publishing side and present it when requested to stakeholders and events.
  • Review and respond daily to customer support queries using tools such as Zendesk and Jotform (training will be provided as required).


  • Previous experience in project management for 1-2 years in an adjacent industry or in a QA role within the gaming industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good Team worker.
  • Able to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Organised and detail-oriented.
  • Self-starter and proactive approach.
  • Active passion for gaming, especially indie games. Awareness and understanding of games and trends.
