We are looking for an intermediate Full Stack Developer to join our Neopets development team to build products that improve user experience and engagement. You will develop concepts and bring new ideas to life and enhance the team’s ability to drive new business and technologies forward.

What you’ll do:

• Work with product and development team to build cutting-edge front user experience
• Improve efficiency of the tech stack and offer solutions for optimizations
• Build scalable services on Azure cloud platform
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Build code and libraries that are reusable for future use and optimized for maximum speed and scalability

What you know/have:

• 3+ years of experience as a full stack developer
• Experience with PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS
• Experience with database management systems like MSSQL, MySQL
• Experience with JIRA, Scrum and Agile development
• Experience using front-end tools and JavaScript frameworks like Bootstrap.js, Vue.js
• Ability to learn quickly and have the willingness to optimize legacy systems
• Experience working with third-party APIs
• Experience with source control systems such as SVN, Perforce or Git
• BS or MS degree in computer science
