We’re looking for someone to assist production with the day-to-day management of tasks, bugs and teams to ensure frictionless development across our projects. The role will require you to work with a wide range of people from across disciplines in our small, multi-project studio to ensure the successful delivery of titles. The role will begin remotely, but you will be expected to join us at the studio in Hove when we return.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the producer in supporting development teams
  • Working closely with QA to assist with testing, identification and tracking of bugs
  • Identifying issues with production processes and proactively working to resolve them
  • Working closely with marketing and community teams to ensure the health of a live, early access game
  • Monitoring tasks, bugs and schedules, and regularly presenting updates to other staff

Requirements:

  • Experience with the game development process, either professionally or as part of a games degree
  • Great and diplomatic speaker and listener across written, verbal and video call communication
  • Flexible and open-minded
  • Determined and self-motivated
  • Detail oriented and focussed
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Passion for games in all forms
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Keen to learn new skills
  • Put the needs of the team & project above your own ambitions
  • Creative and innovative
  • Familiarity with project management and bug tracking software is advantageous
  • Experience with Early Access titles or live ops is a bonus
