We’re working hard to add new courses, new game modes, and new social features to make connecting with other players much more fun and rewarding. We are looking for a Project Manager with a history of leading teams and a love of golf to help us plan, organize, and manage our releases.

Responsibilities

• You will set out monthly and quarterly goals for the team.
• Take ownership of the game’s future, taking an active role in team management, scheduling and final quality.
• Define a roadmap by working with the team to identify the highest value features based on company priorities.
• Manage and maintain project task backlogs and bugs ensuring all are aware of priorities.
• Plan, monitor, and maintain active sprints and workloads.
• Work with the development team to break down project features into understandable and achievable tasks.

Requirements

• Experience within the field of game production in a professional environment.
• A love for and understanding of golf.
• Outstanding organizational skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Excellent communicator.
• Knowledge of agile/scrum project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of project management software such as Jira.
• An understanding of game development and what goes into making a game.

Nice to haves

• Experience in or understanding of other disciplines(Design, QA, Art, etc.).
• Experience with Unity.
• Experience in public speaking and presenting.
• Knowledge of art and video editing tools such as Photoshop and Premier.
