GOLF+ is looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to help craft our experience for our active player community. You'll be writing the next chapter for GOLF+, pushing new features forward across the entire title: from the in-game menus to our online player dashboard. You'll be a champion of our design language across our online presence and set a high bar for the quality of our experience.
What you will achieve
You will work on new features from initial ideation to launch. You will have a big say in the design direction of the game.
You will work with our product leads to provide mockups and then iterate to create final designs.
You will review existing designs and propose improvements.
You will work closely with our engineers to ensure the features are built as designed.
Skills you'll need to bring
Design Experience You’re comfortable working in figma and have design projects that you're proud to present as examples of your skills. You also have experience working across multiple projects at once.
Quality of work You have an eye for design, visuals, and polish. A high level of quality in all your work is a must.
Thoughtful problem solving You begin with a clear understanding of the context before diving into solving the problem. You can break down complex problems and effectively define a concise plan to solve them.
Ship at scale You understand that the work we do is shipped to hundreds of thousands of players and each of them expects a high level of quality from our game. You are comfortable with taking quick action in case of an issue in the live game and working with the rest of the team to implement a solution.
Pragmatic and business-oriented You care about our mission and the impact of what you build in support of it. You’re not just running after solving the shiny cool next thing but rather can see the big picture and are able to prioritize the tasks that matter most to the mission.
Care for our players You think through how new features can impact real people playing our game. You want to help our players who run into problems and sometimes work directly with them to solve those problems. You are passionate about a player's experience in the game and desire to improve it wherever possible.
Empathetic in communication You communicate nuanced ideas clearly, whether you’re explaining technical decisions in writing or brainstorming in real-time. In disagreements, you engage thoughtfully with other perspectives and compromise when needed. When deadlines get close and tensions are high, you don’t allow the situation to affect your teamwork.
