Having recently launched our award-winning game Before Your Eyes, we're embarking on the development of a new narrative title, and seeking to add a Gameplay Programmer / Designer to our team! This person will be invited into the project at a very early stage, collaborating with our team to design prototypes and build gameplay systems, from the ground up.

Our ideal candidate is someone based in Los Angeles, where our office is located, but we are open to semi-remote or entirely remote applicants as well.


  • Scripting gameplay and other systems in C#
  • Designing and creating prototypes for a first person game
  • Dialogue and art implementation

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Unity 3D
  • Familiarity with GitHub or other source control
  • C#
  • A love for narrative games

Bonus Skills:

  • Shaders and VFX
  • Experience with Unity post-processing stack
  • Experience working on at least one shipped title

Work Location:

  • Multiple locations
  • Temporarily remote due to COVID-19
  • COVID-19 considerations: Must be vaccinated.
