The Production Coordinator will work with members of the Production team to tackle an array of game publishing tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • The Production Coordinator will provide support to the production team by taking notes, organizing playtests, updating schedules, scheduling meetings, and sending out communication internally.
  • Assist in gathering materials and assets for marketing purposes as well as age ratings submission, such as gameplay capture, screenshots and writing documentation.
  • Work with production and development teams to distribute builds for testing and feedback purposes.
  • Act as a secondary point of contact for producers and senior members of the team.
  • Manage and organize documentation and assets.
  • Serve as a backstop for any production tasks that require attention

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in games, film, or relevant technology fields.
  • Strong understanding of project management fundamentals like scheduling, tracking, and status reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have PC/gaming hardware capable of running modern games.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator) and MS Office programs.
  • Has a keen eye on industry trends and news.
  • “No task too small” mindset.
