Do you have a passion for gaming and a drive to lead innovative projects to success? Greensky Games is looking for a Executive Coordinator to join our team as we embark on the development of a brand new game with our underlying mission of bringing VR into the mainstream.

As Executive Coordinator you’ll have two main functions, supporting the executive team and streamlining internal operations. You'll work directly with the CEO and executive team and take on a variety of projects/tasks that will range from onboarding new employees, to product management. Call of Duties:

• We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Coordinator to work closely with our executive team to help streamline our productivity and oversee critical internal operations
• You will act as a liaison by managing staff, attending meetings and company functions, and communicating on behalf of our executive team
• You’ll be wearing many different hats, so if you’re quick on your feet and are willing to take on any challenge, big or small, this is the job for you!
• Manage executive team members’ schedules and execute on high-priority tasks and projects. These tasks/projects will range a lot and include: arranging travel for a team offsite, sourcing candidates interviews, onboarding employees, managing various payroll and internal systems, some product management, etc. 
• Communicate with senior management to ensure that daily internal operations are running smoothly
• Work closely with the HR Manager to address any employee concerns or issues related to onboarding, documentation, etc
