Greensky Games was founded with one mission: bring VR into the mainstream by building games that couldn’t possibly exist on any other platform.

We believe the immersiveness and physicality of VR will fundamentally change what a "game" is, bringing gaming to a massive audience, far beyond what’s now considered the gaming market.

As a Producer, you will be in charge of production and project management for a team of 10 developers and artists. Initially you will manage SWARM, which launched to rave reviews in April 2021, and eventually you will take a pivotal role on our next major title.

We’re a fully remote team. You can be located anywhere in a timezone between PST-EST. We've found that large time zone differences can be tough in a small team. You don't need to be in the US.


  • Lead the creative and technical teams responsible for game development, all the way from prototyping to Live-Ops.
  • Have an in depth knowledge of the game, its design, mechanics, and content.
  • Help establish project and sprint priorities with the game director.
  • Act as the scrum master for sprint planning and review meetings.
  • Work closely with production, art, design, engineering leads & QA to drive quality.
  • Strive to maintain and improve team wellbeing, morale and cohesion.
  • Be the point of contact for external production teams such as QA, porting and localization.
  • Be an active participant in design reviews, with particular regard to quality and schedule.
  • Ensure the team has the best organizational structure, processes, and practices that allow them to produce high quality work efficiently and on schedule.
  • Drive, create, and refine the game experience to achieve and/or exceed the desired quality standard‍.
  • Work closely with the game director to ensure the vision for the game is accomplished.
  • Build and grow your team of game developers, technical artists, concept artists, 3D artists, and sound designers.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Game Production or working in a production role where you've managed cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of complex projects.
  • Shipped two or more games on different platforms.
  • Deep understanding of game development, software development process, and project management practices.
  • Solid project management skills that allow you to deliver on scope, performance, and budget without compromising vision and final quality.
  • Have the ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders, within your team and throughout the company.
  • Ability to make the trade-off decisions necessary to effectively balance short-term needs and long-term vision.
  • Interest and/or insatiable passion for all things VR.
  • The capacity manage, motivate and work with a team under pressure and adapt to change.


  • Experience producing multiplayer games
  • Experience with Oculus Quest and other VR headsets
  • Experience with JIRA
  • Experience working on a fully remote team
  • Experience working at an indie studio
