As the Senior Brand Manager, you'll lead a tight knit marketing/community team on the cusp of a global game launch. With the help of your team and key agency partners, you’ll drive the creation and execution of the launch marketing & ongoing product marketing campaigns for our in-development 4v4 Action MOBA game, FANGS. This leader will ensure FANGS becomes the next big global gaming phenomenon.
Create, lead and execute go-to-market, engagement & retention plans in close collaboration with internal and external partners across traditional and emerging channels, using all marketing levers.
Hire, nurture and direct a team of marketers as the needs of game communications and product marketing grow.
Manage and allocate the marketing budget in partnership with Senior leadership.
Work closely with the Community team to understand player perspectives and coordinate cross-functional campaigns.
Brief and manage external and internal partners to deliver high-performing creative marketing executions.
Advocate for the development of marketing focused features within the FANGS roadmap.
Develop our brand strategy, including positioning, key messaging, and visual identity that will stand out in the marketplace.
Stay up-to-date on market trends, platform requirements, and competitor marketing practices and capabilities.
Experienced: You have at least four years’ experience in video game marketing.
Demonstrated expertise in planning, developing, and executing successful marketing campaigns to bring a new gaming title to market.
Experience working with agency and creative partners.
Intimate knowledge of the global games marketing landscape, current competition, innovations, trends and how they impact our business.
Proactive self-starter. You're a highly-motivated independent thinker who'd rather ask for forgiveness than permission.
Start-up mentality. You’re willing to step into any marketing execution role needed as we build the plane in flight.
Excellent communication and project management skills to manage workflows across multiple internal and external teams.
Ability to analyze game and marketing KPIs, interpret data, and drive recommendations
Experience specific to both PC and Console marketing.
Experience in always-on, live service game product marketing.
Deep player empathy. You don’t need to be top 100 on any global leaderboards, but you understand the mentality of the gamers who aspire to.
