Humble Bundle is hiring a Business Development Manager, Digital Sales & Licensing to join our publishing team, Humble Games. We are looking for an individual with experience in managing digital sales and business development to join our growing Business Development team. This position will report to Business Development Director for Publishing and work closely with our First party partners and product development partners.

This is a remote position with a strong preference for candidates who can operate in Pacific Time zone.

Key Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

  • Develop and execute digital price promotions on Steam, Humble Store, PS Store, Xbox Store, eShop, App Store and other digital storefronts working closely with our 1st Party partners, product development partners and marketing team.
  • Provide lifecycle management by developing strategies for pre-order, product bundling and post launch price point management.
  • Identify and execute licensing deals.
  • Providing weekly sales report to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in video game digital sales and business development
  • Solid understanding of the video game industry and video game marketing & sales
  • Demonstrable strategic thinking and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and drive multiple projects with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and partners.
  • Excellent writing / communication skills
  • Passionate about indie games and gaming culture across all platforms
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Knowledge and experience in the First Party submission process is a plus
  • Experience of both Indie and AA+ product categories is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience in the Asian markets is a plus
