We are looking for a developer to join our exciting new studio that specialises in narrative games. The role’s primary function is to help create the tools that allow our content creators to effectively and efficiently create the content for our game, and additionally to integrate plugins and other libraries into the game project in order to add features and further tools. The ideal candidate loves working on a unique game, enjoys figuring out ways to optimize pipelines and workflows, and isn’t scared of exploring new areas.  

This position is for an initial period of 12 months, with the possibility to become a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrating external APIs and plugins into our Unity project
  • Creating tools and extensions in the Unity editor to improve workflows
  • Creating external tools and scripts to automate pipelines
  • Working with various disciplines to find and eliminate bottlenecks
  • Exploring innovative ways to streamline content creation


  • Experience with game engines and Unity in particular
  • Experience with integrating plugins and APIs into game projects
  • Experience with developing for Windows as well as consoles
  • Comfortable in C# and scripting languages (e.g. Python)
  • A good understanding of what makes an effective UI
  • A good working knowledge of common game development pipelines
  • Experience with tools creation, preferably in games, is a plus
  • A professional and result-driven attitude
  • Great deduction skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • A good eye for detail and the ability to spot potential edge cases
  • Be creative and driven to find solutions to new challenges
  • Good communication skills in English (both oral and written)
