We are currently working on an unannounced original PC/Console narrative-driven game and are looking for an Assistant Producer to join our team. You’ll work closely with our Lead Producer and Team Leads to establish detailed pipelines and tracking systems for the game’s various disciplines. Your day-to-day will involve documenting each team’s current pipelines and converting them to tasks, timelines and estimates to keep everyone unblocked and delivering as planned through milestones.

While this is a fully remote part-time position, applicants will need to be available to work between 10am to 2pm PT. 

Responsibilities:

• Translating big picture milestones and tasks into usable spreadsheets for each department 
• Documenting and refining existing processes through collaboration with team leads
• Tracking progress through milestones and collaborating with Lead Producer on risk assessment and mitigation plans 
• Collaborating with Lead Producer on a comprehensive production roadmap and detailing the process to shipping the game
• Help plan sprints and milestones as part of Production 

Requirements:

• 10 hours of availability a week to start
• Prior experience in the concept-to-launch pipeline particular to games
• Familiarity with Notion and transferable skills from JIRA
• A deep love for spreadsheets, triage and organization
• Strong communication skills and people skills
