We are currently working on an unannounced original PC/Console narrative-driven simulation game and are looking for a Generalist Programmer with some degree of UI, tools, and material editor experience. The ideal candidate will help us to create a polished user experience, further develop and iterate on narrative tools for designers, and assist the art department reach their visual goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Own systems with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and operation of our tools.
  • User Interface programming and design.
  • Support the development of custom materials/shaders.
  • Prototyping game systems and working with iterative development process.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Unreal Engine 4 development
  • Fluent in C++
  • One or more shipped game titles

Pluses:

  • UI/UX design experience
  • Console development experience
  • Proficiency in C# Tools development
  • Experience with material editors, graphics APIs, and shader languages
  • Experience with narrative systems


This is a remote contract role for a minimum duration of 6 months.
