We are looking for an experienced programmer to join our small team making a top-secret open world 3D game in Unity. We are an experienced team and looking for a highly motivated, creative builder. We work hard but do not believe in crunch.

You will find there is work to do in a variety of departments and will have to prioritize and schedule with the other departments as well as external partners. You love building new experiences and solving code problems across departments. Your superpower is your ability to work collaboratively and communicate efficiently. You are excellent at giving time estimates for your work, and happy to communicate about shifting priorities as they arise.

We are looking for someone who has shipped a game as a programmer on a console title (or three!). This position is a full time remote work position, but ideally you will be able to work somewhere between US East and West coast business hours.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have some experience with some kind of multithreading / Unity Jobs System / Burst Compiler

PLUSES

• Experience with Houdini and the HAPI
• Experience with procedural mesh generation/manipulation
• Experience with compute shaders/GPGPU
• Experience with custom physics sims
• Shipped a game with Unity on consoles
