META Headhunting was built on one-simple value. Using the most effective tactics available, to source the right talent for your game studio.

We are gamers, we love to work with game studios, to help find the right talent for the games we want to play. Using the effectiveness and strategic of hours of RTS experience, and the precision of quick scoping on Guardian in Halo 3 we ensure you find the right talent for your studio every time. Tailoring our approach like a well-built sims house, it's hard to find a talent partner like us.

Most of all we are headhunters who are human, and love this industry, in which we have our own values of never working with studios who crunch, and making sure we help build diverse and inclusive teams.

This role will consist of:

  • Designing questionnaires for the ESports sector
  • Interviewing people involved in ESports to help put together guides
  • Collecting data and inputting into different formats
  • Collating information and interpreting data
  • Weekly progress meetings to go through findings
  • Keeping up to date with all ESports news
