Under the direction of our Mistplay Studios Director, we are looking to bring on a Senior Business Development, you will be responsible for finding and coaching game studios, helping them create hit games. The person who will join us will be putting their relational and networking skills to use in order to contribute to our growing platform.

The newest branch of Mistplay Inc, Mistplay Studios it is the ideal environment for those looking for a new challenge, and the ability to work on a variety of projects that will directly impact the company.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop new business opportunities globally
  • Maintain business relationships with new and existing clients
  • Occasionally travelling to participate in game events and to visit clients
  • Represent the studio at conferences, networking, gaming events and trade shows
  • Take part in pitching with the production team, and the creative, artistic and technical directors
  • Be responsible for the projects follow-up until the signature of contracts and the launch in production, then carry out a regular follow-up to ensure the satisfaction of the clients and partners
  • Understand the business issues of the studio and participate in the development of its strategic vision
  • Understand our technological and creative issues
  • Maintain close collaboration with our Studio Director

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ year experience in related field
  • Prior experience working in, or alongside, a publishing firm
  • Ability to attend industry conferences and events in order to network
  • Has worked with game development in the past
  • Good knowledge of mobile gaming culture and market knowledge: trends, key concepts, do's and dont's
  • Strong ability to generate leads and build lasting relationships
  • Type A personality- enough is never enough!
  • Strong English is a must, but multilingualism is an asset
