We are nDreams, one of the world’s leading developers/publishers focused on VR games. As our team and portfolio of titles continue to grow ever bigger, we are on the search for a Marketing Assistant to support the marketing campaigns for our future releases.


Supporting our market team with the campaigns for our VR games, from announce through to launch and beyond.

Marketing Campaign Support:

  • Support the Brand Manager and Brand Director on projects across our marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and update and the internal publishing sharepoint.
  • Support the wider marketing team as required including with PR, community, and events.

Competitor Research:

  • Become an expert and advocate for our upcoming nDreams titles.
  • Play competitor titles, compile competitor insight reports.
  • Support regular and ad-hoc research for market overviews and marketing plans.
  • Maintain team equipment and keep game accounts up to date.

Marketing Team Support:

  • Ensure marketing schedules and timelines are kept up to date.
  • Maintenance of publishing asset shares and files.
  • Attend and minute team meetings, follow up on action points. Prepare meeting rooms and gaming set-ups for team and external meetings.


  • Degree-level education or equivalent, in a business, marketing or other relevant field
  • Knowledge and passion for video games and an enthusiasm for a career in games marketing.
  • Highly proactive with excellent organisation skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • A desire and drive for self-improvement and development.
