Reporting to the Office Manager, the Office Assistant is responsible for managing the administrative activities that facilitate the running of the office. Ensuring that office equipment is maintained to the appropriate levels and to manage the contracts relating to these functions.
Your responsibilities will include office maintenance, reception duties, ordering all office consumables and furniture within agreed budgets, Health & Safety (Including ensuring compliance with additional health and safety requirements associated with Covid-19), IT equipment distribution and planning staff socials.
You must have good administrative interpersonal and time management skills, as well as attention to detail, and experience with Microsoft operating systems.
We intend for this role to be office-based when the restrictions allow, this will give the individual the greatest opportunity to shadow others and learn communications skills from the team. Our offices are based in Farnborough and there will be another member of the operations team on-site to mentor throughout the six months.
