We are looking to hire a highly driven and enthusiastic Sales Analyst who can assist the publishing team in analysing the performance of our portfolio of VR titles across multiple formats and various digital marketplaces with the aim of providing data and insightful sales trends for informed decision making.


You will be tasked with collecting digital sales data across the portfolio of high-end VR and arcades titles, providing weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports at the request of the publishing/finance team/management, evaluating sales performance and providing summaries to management as well as evaluating lifecycle & promotional sales performance, providing recommendations, reviewing current sales analysis & reporting processes. 

You will also be responsible for assisting in forecasting & benchmarking new releases, providing key market & competitor insights for the business, creating meaningful in-game data visualisation, analysing in-game data and supporting the Business Development Manager in building a framework for a new automated data reporting / analysis system (PowerBI).


You must have analytical and statistical understanding and skills with high attention to detail, a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and of reporting tools (e.g. PowerPoint)

You must be a great team player with the ability to work within a busy team, have good communication skills, be organised, and have a methodical work ethic. As well as being proactive and working effectively under pressure.

Bonus if you have a degree or equivalent in a relevant field (finance, mathematics, or computer science), E-commerce experience in digital sales, understanding of PowerBI or other business analytics services, and a passion/understanding of video games, its industry and digital market.


We intend for this role to be office-based when the restrictions allow, this will give the individual the greatest opportunity to shadow others and learn communications skills from the team. Our offices are based in Farnborough and there will be another member of the operations team on-site to mentor throughout the six months.
