Chrono is an exciting, fast-paced startup that is building a new platform to deliver incredible value to content creators through commerce. We’re looking for a passionate software engineer who is excited about our brand new gaming content creator platform, Nexus.

As a Project Manager on Nexus you will report directly to the Director of Product and be deeply involved in delivery of the Nexus platform. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of talented developers, designers, business developers, and partnerships to ensure our platform can meet the needs of content creators at scale. In this role, you will manage projects, be asked to contribute creatively to developing solutions, and ensure crystal clear communication with the entire organization around status, priorities, and risk.

We put content creators first. We believe that creators deserve the ability to earn a living by pursuing and sharing their passion for gaming with their audiences. Through Nexus we partner with creators to provide an authentic, on-brand, ad-free storefront where they can sell the games they love.

Responsibilities

  • Help to define and document the requirements, goals, and roadmap for products and features focused on satisfying the needs customers and increasing engagement
  • Define project scope and break work down into manageable chunks
  • Coordinate internal resources and vendors to deliver projects on-time
  • Work closely with both technical and non-technical teams to consistently communicate the project plan to stakeholders
  • Use analytics, research, and other data, both quantitative and qualitative, to inform product decisions and prioritization
  • Assist in defining what success looks like, how it will be measured, and how it will impact company-wide goals
  • Identify, manage, and communicate project risk, taking an active solutions-seeking role
  • Collaborate effectively in a remote-first environment

You have

  • 2+ years of professional experience in project management for software development
  • Extensive experience with project documentation and associated tools like Jira, Confluence, Google Suite, etc
  • Ability to effectively prioritize inputs and outputs from multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Strong desire to work in a fast-paced, nimble, and cross-functional startup environment
  • Excellent internal- and external-facing communication skills
  • Self-motivated, with an ability to work effectively with minimal oversight while maintaining ownership over critical pieces of the product
  • An interest in product design, UX, and development

  • Technical background
  • Professional product experience with a platform, marketplace, or e-commerce business
  • Expertise in user/product analytics and tools
