Nexus, a product by Chrono, is growing rapidly, and as it does, our social media and content marketing needs are scaling exponentially. As the Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing every aspect of the brand’s social media needs.

We put content creators first. We believe that creators deserve the ability to earn a living by pursuing and sharing their passion for gaming with their audiences. Through Nexus we partner with creators to provide an authentic, on-brand, ad-free storefront where they can sell the games they love.

Who we think will be a great fit:

You have a passion for video games, and a deep knowledge of the gaming content creator space. You are a stellar communicator and a superior project manager who is capable of planning and creating content for multiple social channels with unique schedules. You are in tune with internet culture and social media trends, are a masterful storyteller with a knack for creating compelling, visually appealing, and grammatically correct content. Finally, you have a proven track record of successfully managing a brand’s social channels.


  • Manage and grow each of our social channels with the primary goals being brand awareness, user acquisition, and activity on the platform
  • Own and maintain a consistent content pipeline on each social media channel 
  • Analyze the performance of all content and each channel to ensure KPIs are met and ROI is maximized; adapt social strategy as needed based on analyzed performance 
  • Internally advocate on behalf of our Partners
  • Provide meaningful feedback to internal departments on the community's sentiment, concerns, and suggestions for the platform


  • Passion for video games
  • Experience in managing a brand’s social media, including the creating, scheduling and reporting on each channel’s performance 
  • Knowledge of every major social media platform as well as best practices and trends for each
  • Ability to react quickly and appropriately to users that engage with any of the brand’s social channel; which includes fielding partner and support inquiries 

Bonus Points

  • Previous startup experience
  • Intermediate to Advanced video/photo editing skills
  • On-camera streaming experience (e.g. Twitch, YouTube, etc.)
  • Established presence on social media with a gaming audience
  • Content marketing/blog writing experience
