Oisoi Studio was founded in 2020 and is an independent VR development studio based in Ghent, Belgium. We recently released Painting VR, a virtual painter’s studio, and are looking for a content creator slash community manager to join our team.

You will assist with all aspects of digital marketing - including marketing strategy, social media management, community management, PR, and communications by creating inspiring, fun, interesting, and sharable content about our app, Painting VR, and art in general.

You will be the face of Painting VR online, so we’re looking for a passionate, compassionate, and open personality with presentation skills. You’ll be supported by our talented team and have the opportunity to use your creativity and analytical skills to bring creative fun to players and creators worldwide and attract a new audience.

‍Responsibilities

• Create relevant videos and other content for our social media, blog, newsletter, and all other channels
• Video-first, but you also have to be able to write for the blog
• Contribute ideas on how we can further grow our community and inform people
• You manage our content calendar, and you think about setting up strong campaigns
• Brainstorm and propose video-marketing campaigns
• You help ideate advertising campaigns via Meta, IG, Google, etc
• Be a leading member of our Discord community

Profile

• You are a creative thinker and doer. You see opportunities and like to take the initiative yourself.
• Ideally, you’re a great painter. If not, you have basic drawing skills and are willing to get better :)
• 3 or 4 days a week, depending on your strengths.
• You can work with graphic and video software (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator..)
• You are interested in the topic: painting, drawing, art, technology, VR
• Ideally, you have a few years of relevant experience (video, digital communication, marketing)
• You know social media (YT, IG, FB, TikTok, Reddit) like the back of your hand.
• You like to write long texts as well as short IG posts that inspire our target audience
• You speak English fluently (Dutch and/or French are a +)
