We are Assistant Producers. ​We provide ad hoc project admin support to producers in the day-to-day development of our games.​ Our goal is to enable team members by ensuring that their needs are always being met.​

We report to a member of the production team who will coach, mentor and prioritise our areas of focus.

We are responsible for:

Project Management:

  • Supports Producers with JIRA & Confluence related tasks​
  • Although not typically leading meetings, ensures they always have tangible and productive output (e.g. summary of decisions and actions)​
  • Takes responsibility for manual tasks such as localisation, achievements setup etc, while always considering opportunities to streamline or automate.

Process Management:

  • Follows-up and applies required processes and methods​
  • Can maintain SCRUM or Kanban frameworks in the absence of Producers

Judgement:

  • Quick to identify and communicate potential problems​
  • Follows instruction without a need for constant supervision

Knowledge:

  • Proactively identifies gaps in personal knowledge and takes positive steps to fill them​
  • Seeks to improve understanding of project management methodologies​
  • Strives to become a master of the App Stores and the developer consoles​
  • Seeks to understand pipelines and processes​
  • Plays our games and their competitors​
  • Stays abreast of the mobile F2P market and GaaS in general

Leadership:

  • Supports teams and promotes a positive development culture​
  • Provides constructive feedback​
  • Applies a strong worth ethic

Release Management:

  • Trusted to prepare builds to Google Play Console & Apple for submission​
  • Capable of setting up new In App Purchases on the relevant platforms

Live Ops:

  • Maintains LiveOps calendar in close collaboration with Design team, PM & QA​
  • Quickly responds to product health issues such as crashes, reviews etc.​
  • Regularly checks in with Player Support and Analytics

Collaboration:

  • Capable of representing the team and/or product when communicating with all other business functions

Ideal candidate will be organised and reliable​, a problem solver​, can do attitude​, direct, realistic​ and diplomatic

Location

This role can be remote (working from home) or on site at our Dundee office.
