We're looking for a Senior Producer to join our team and lead the development of our games.

About the job

You will work closely with our founder to establish a studio roadmap and execution plan, coordinating with the leads as required. This is an opportunity for an established Senior Producer to join a small but growing independent studio and overtime establish themselves in a critical role that has future potential in terms of the overall management and direction as our Head of Studio. 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and improve the game creation process to ensure that tools, pipelines, workflows, and processes are fit for purpose and empower the team.
• Coordinate with the leads of other disciplines, such as design, art, programming and marketing, to ensure that the project is on track and everyone is aligned.
• Define and maintain the creative and technical objectives of the studio and team, ensuring that all games are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality.
• Establish and oversee a build process and the release management of our games, coordinating with our consulting partners as necessary.
• Establish and oversee a publishing pipeline and marketing strategy/key messages to grow external perceptions and recognition, coordinating with our consulting partners as necessary.
• Manage the team, working with the leads to foster a positive and productive work environment.

About you

Essential Skills

• A proven track record of released games in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of the game development processes, including agile methodologies
• Strong project management skills, creating and managing task-oriented schedules
• Experience overseeing release management processes
• Experience establishing and overseeing a publishing pipelines and marketing activities
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong communication skills with internal peers and stakeholders
