We are on the hunt for someone who can plan, coordinate and execute events. Digital as well as physical.
We’re Raw Fury, an unusual indie publisher with a flat hierarchy, heavy focus on individual autonomy and with an insatiable desire to sign magical experiences that move us. And now we are on the hunt for someone who can keep 1 million details in their head, plan, coordinate and execute events. Foremost digital, but also physical.
You’d be expected to work independently with several teams on a number of games, on both a strategic and practical level meaning; you reach out pro-actively to the teams and make sure they have information on upcoming events and potential awards, keep them aligned with deadlines on assets and other things needed to submit and participate. Then you execute the events. From finding HW sponsors to making sure there are snacks and drinks available and enough cables to plug in the PCs. For example. Humility and a service minded approach are super important for us as well as flexibility.
We expect you to have done some of this previously, in a game related area:
Location
You will work with colleagues in different geographical places on a daily basis, so 15:00 – 18:00 CEST are common meeting hours and while you would have some flexibility in your schedule, we’d expect you to be around during these times at least.
Remote work is fine by us and you will be expected to travel, so an updated passport is mandatory.
Looking forward to hear from you!
We’re Raw Fury, an unusual indie game publisher with heavy focus on individual autonomy and with an insatiable desire to sign magical experiences that move us. We’re just people. Just people with an abnormal interest in games. Okay, it goes beyond that. All of us believe that games matter. They are the marriage of art and craft. They can elevate, change, entertain, surprise, and move people. They’re the modern vessels for our stories – our imagination. They facilitate communication and communion.
