As a Game Designer contractor on our unannounced 4X Strategy title, working remotely with the Roamer development team, you will be involved in designing gameplay features and systems under the guidance of the Head of Product. You will have a direct and influential impact on the quality and feel of the game.
We are seeking new team members that enjoy working in a startup where everyone supports each other but you are also given the freedom and responsibility to take charge of a task and deliver. We’re looking for somebody who’s a problem solver with a great understanding of scope and timelines and is able to adjust designs accordingly.
As a new studio, we have a no-crunch policy and prioritize a constructive, collaborative approach to working. Our company is fully funded too, which means no additional stress on the team!
