The studio Shiro Games is at the origin of Evoland, Darksburg and the multi million seller Northgard. Since 2012, we have been committed to creating games that speak to us personally, with small development teams. We work fast but never resort to crunch.

As part of the development of a still unannounced game (medieval-fantasy open world), Shiro Games is now looking for a Senior Narrative Designer. Under the direction of the Game Director, you must imagine and set up the essentials of the game's storytelling, taking into account the concepts of the Universe and gameplay interactions.

Your main responsibilities:

  • The design and writing of interactions with NPCs
  • The general level design of the different regions
  • The integration of gameplay mechanisms in this content
  • The structuring and evolution of documents related to the universe

Your profile:

  • Experience 3 years or more in Game Design and / or Narrative Design with at least video game title marketed
  • Writing skills are essential
  • Excellent level of communication with the team
  • A good level of English

Additional Information:

  • Position based in our Bordeaux studio, in the heart of a renowned district and close to all amenities (restaurants, bars, transport, etc.)
  • Help provided during the relocation (finding accommodation plus covering the moving costs)
  • Salary according to profile
