Talegames is looking for a talented and passionate Level Designer to build fantasy levels and worlds. We are a passionate team, and we appreciate thinking outside the box collaboration, direct and objective communication, and the eagerness to direct your talent towards a result of the most exclusive quality.


  • Create and Design Levels starting from the first phase of concept, all the way to the last polish.
  • Design objectives within each level, making sure the game's creative pillars are intelligently showcased.


  • 2 or more years of experience working as a Level Designer or Game Designer.
  • Knowledge of the level design process, including level flow, playability, charm, pace, narrative, etc.
  • Solid knowledge of Unity's workflows and processes to create levels.
  • Skilled at softwares like Photoshop and Pyxel Edit, being able to organize sprites, spritesheets, tilesets and convert assets and mockups into game objects.
  • Ability to present design concepts in a clear and detailed manner through solid written and spoken skills.
  • Passion for making games look and play great
  • Open to self-critique and to accept outside feedback.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Passion for RPG and Action video games on PC and Console.


  • C# programming knowledge to be able to create or modify environment interaction objects.
  • Skilled drawing Pixel Art environments and/or characters.
