We are looking for an exceptional Senior QA specialist to help us deliver an upcoming single and multi-player strategy video game.

This role involves running QA for a small team of developers and also helping us coordinate with an outsource QA team for multi-player and stress-testing.

The role is remote but must be UK based due to time zone considerations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Work closely with the team to gather requirements and formulate test-plans for all aspects of the title.
• Execute test plans and enter bugs in a professional manner.
• Regular regression on bugs to ensure they are closed out properly.
• Manage our JIRA bug database to ensure it is well structured and easy to access for developers.
• Create test-plans and arrange multi-player tests with an external QA team.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience with JIRA bug tracking tool.
• Worked on at least 2 published titles.
• Unreal Engine 4/5 experience an advantage.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Experience working as a Senior QA is a must.
• Experience managing other QA analysts.
• A passion for playing and developing world class strategy games.
• Be a positive, active, and contributing team member.
• Must be a team player and know the importance of listening to others.
• Able to work independently, prioritize and handle pressure.
• Must have excellent time management skills to work independently and remotely.
• Good verbal and written interpersonal and communications skills.
