Zirnworks LLC is looking for a generalist Unreal Engine 4 Programmer for a fun Mariokart-meets-Splatoon Karting racer project to collaborate with our design and art leads. To find out more about it, feel free to look here. Remote position, term is "until it's done."


  • Implement game features in C++ or Blueprints as necessary including physics, state saving, and Steamworks integration.
  • Properly document, comment, and refactor code in accordance with the UE4/5 official style guide.
  • Create and assist in managing production-level netcode, features, and server administration for multiplayer features.
  • Work closely within a small team to create and smooth out art asset pipelines and assist with game development tools.
  • Communicate promptly and regularly with us so we can keep the project moving.


  • Must be able to properly comment Blueprints and C++ code following style conventions. Others will be touching the code base, so please tread with respect.
  • Technical Art experience is a strong plus
  • Must have a portfolio that shows technical ability above and beyond a basic tutorial. Please.
