As a Senior Multiplayer Developer, you’ll take ownership of critical multiplayer systems, working on gameplay and physics replication, and network optimization. You’ll ensure that every frame feels smooth and responsive, no matter the network conditions.
What You’ll Do
- Architect, implement, and optimize advanced multiplayer systems in Unreal Engine 5.
- Develop robust gameplay features using GAS-like system for flexibility, maintainability, and performance.
- Ensure accurate physics replication and smooth state synchronization across clients.
- Profile, analyze, and optimize network bandwidth for efficient, scalable multiplayer experiences.
- Navigate and enhance an existing, complex codebase with clarity and precision.
- Collaborate cross-discipline with designers, artists, and other engineers to deliver top-quality features.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of professional Unreal Engine multiplayer development experience.
- Deep expertise in gameplay replication, and network optimization.
- Strong architectural mindset. You write clean, elegant, and maintainable code.
- Performance-driven and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
