“The Collective Ace Group” is a one-stop Service Hub in the Gaming industry, providing best-in-class services for our clients with all the convenience of a one-stop solution. We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Creative Producer – Game Design & Concept Development to join one of our subsidiaries and work within a global team of international professionals.

You will act as the primary creative force behind new game concepts. Starting from a client request, IP, theme, audience or commercial opportunity, you will personally generate and evaluate multiple directions, select the strongest proposition and develop it into an original, engaging and commercially viable game.

While ideation remains collaborative, this role is not limited to facilitating workshops or coordinating ideas created by others. The creativity, initial game-design proposition and overall coherence of the concept will depend directly on you. You must be comfortable working from ambiguous briefs, thinking flexibly across genres and platforms, challenging weak assumptions and proposing stronger alternatives.

You will define the core game and visual direction, translate it into clear design documentation and work alongside an established Project Manager and discipline leads to balance creative ambition with budget, timeline and production capabilities. You do not need to be an artist, but strong visual judgment and a practical understanding of Art production are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personally originate and develop multiple game concepts from client briefs, IPs, themes, audiences or market opportunities, avoiding superficial adaptations or overreliance on existing formulas.
  • Evaluate and select creative directions based on player appeal, differentiation, commercial potential and feasibility, defining and defending the player fantasy, creative pillars, core loop, mechanics, systems, progression, content and overall experience.
  • Create and guide high-level GDDs, concept presentations, feature briefs, prototypes, mood boards and visual references that give Game Design, Art, Tech and Production clear creative intent and priorities.
  • Shape the visual direction with Art and UI/UX teams, providing specific feedback on characters, environments, interfaces, animation and content quality while ensuring that the visuals support the gameplay and intended audience.
  • Lead ideation sessions, creative reviews and prototype or build evaluations, using team contributions to strengthen the concept while remaining accountable for its originality, consistency and quality.
  • Work with the Project Manager and discipline leads to establish ballpark scope, resources, budgets, timelines and dependencies, and communicate the proposition, rationale and necessary trade-offs clearly to clients, partners, senior stakeholders and investors.

Requirements

  • Around five or more years of professional game-development experience and at least one new game taken from concept or pre-production through launch, with clear personal ownership of its gameplay or creative direction, not only production, LiveOps or post-launch content.
  • Strong hands-on game-design expertise across core loops, mechanics, systems, progression, content, balancing, player motivation and experience, supported by experience creating or substantially shaping GDDs, specifications, prototypes or creative briefs.
  • Demonstrated creative range and a flexible mindset, with the ability to generate original propositions across different genres, audiences, platforms, themes and commercial constraints.
  • Strong visual and Art judgment, with the ability to shape a high-level visual direction, review Art and UI/UX work and provide constructive feedback based on gameplay, audience fit, readability, consistency and quality.
  • Practical understanding of development across Design, Art, Tech, QA and Production, enabling creative ideas to be shaped around realistic technical, resource, budget and release constraints.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills, with professional proficiency in English and the confidence to originate, explain, defend and adapt creative proposals with clients, partners, executives and investors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in external, co-development or client-led production, particularly involving licensed IP, branded entertainment or culturally and commercially relevant concepts.
  • Familiarity with mobile, web, free-to-play, casual, hybrid, MR/XR or other commercially driven game-development environments.
  • Experience with rapid prototyping, concept pitching, market and competitor research, audience analysis and AI-assisted tools for ideation, visual exploration or production support.
