We're hiring someone to make short videos for our game, Birds of War on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

We want someone who can spot a funny/epic moment, come up with an angle and turn it into a video people send to their friends. You'll help come up with the ideas as well as edit them.

What you'll do

• Pitch video ideas and write short hooks or scripts.
• Find the best moments in gameplay footage, especially proximity chat and things going wrong.
• Edit clips with tight pacing, readable captions and sound that helps the joke land.
• Make gameplay videos, memes, feature clips and replies to community comments.
• Try different openings and cuts. Use the results from posted videos to improve the next batch.
• Deliver finished videos ready for us to post, with organised project files.
• Find already viral videos from other games and see how we can create a similar angle

What we're looking for

• A portfolio of short videos you've made. Gaming content is a must
• A good ear for comedy and a feel for when to cut. Know when a clip is funny enough to leave alone.
• Ability to make a video understandable to someone who's never heard of the game.
• Confidence editing in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or a similar editor.
• Clear communication, reliable turnaround and willingness to work through feedback.
• Someone who brings ideas without needing every shot explained.

Bonus skills

• Capturing clean gameplay footage yourself.
• Writing or recording voiceovers.
• Experience making content for a game or growing a gaming account.
• Simple motion graphics and thumbnail design.
