Ironwood Studios is a Seattle-based AA game studio that has successfully shipped our first title, Pacific Drive. Though we are a hybrid remote studio, we’re looking for an office assistant to support our onsite team on a part-time basis. 

Join our talented team of game developers as we build an office where challenging problems and interesting designs can be solved collaboratively in-person. Help us maintain the office while handling miscellaneous administrative tasks for the studio. 

YOU:

• You are passionate and excited about working in person at a small creative studio.
• You have great attention to detail, communicate clearly, and like to stay organized.
• You have a proactive attitude, taking initiative early and with limited direction.
• You are a problem solver who is not afraid to think creatively to track down and solve issues.
• You care about a friendly and welcoming office environment.
• You are creative and have good taste in what makes a comfortable working space.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the needs of the office by ordering food, furniture, and supplies.
• Process and digitize receipts for accounting.
• Help plan, furnish, design, and decorate the office’s working spaces.
• Plan and coordinate onsite and remote social events.
• Handle the office’s postal and shipping needs.
• Submit maintenance and cleaning requests when needed.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experienced working in an office environment.
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good at tackling problems independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
