We're an indie game developer working on a pirate themed 2D roguelike strategy, turn-based game centered around ships, cannons, and exploring the seas. The player manages a shipyard, recruits crews, builds cannons, and battles rival ships in tactical combat.
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to define and execute our go-to-market strategy, lead our marketing efforts, and help us connect with players around the world. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building communities, developing campaigns, and shaping the identity of a game from early development through launch and beyond. In this role, you will closely work with the Producer and Creative Director.
About the Game
Our current project is a pirate-themed 2D roguelike strategy game built on Unity where players command multi-deck ships, recruit unique crew, and unleash tactical cannon battles on the high seas. Inspired by games like Monster Train and Slay the Spire, it blends turn-based tactical combat with the unpredictability of roguelike exploration.

- Work on an ambitious strategy game with a unique pirate setting.
- Flexible and collaborative studio environment.
