Shape arenas that champion the fight!
Project Overview
We’re creating a stylized, team-based multiplayer brawler where melee combat meets ranged magic- built around flow, clarity, and expressive player mastery. Our arenas are dynamic, anime-inspired battlegrounds designed for rhythm, visibility, and over-the-top spectacle.
We’re looking for a Multiplayer Technical Designer who thrives at the intersection of design and engineering- someone who can bring competitive multiplayer systems to life. You’ll design, implement, and iterate on core gameplay and networked systems that make matches feel smooth, responsive, and fair. From integrating Epic Online Services (EOS) for matchmaking and sessions to fine-tuning combat replication and rollback, you’ll help ensure that every action feels as tight and cinematic online as it does offline.
What You’ll Do
What We’re Looking For
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
You’ll have the creative freedom of an indie and the collaboration of a small, senior-led team building something special. This is an opportunity to define the backbone of the game’s multiplayer experience- crafting the systems that make combat responsive, sessions stable, and gameplay seamless- while working alongside developers who value technical precision, iteration, and collaborative problem solving.
How to Apply
Use the apply button and share examples of your work, especially anything that shows how you think through systems, replication, or networked gameplay. Whether it’s a professional project, game jam project, personal prototype, or a home-grown tool that solved a tough design problem, we’d love to see it. We’re looking for ingenuity, iteration, and the ability to make things _work_, not just look good.
