This is a unique writing role with real product impact. You won’t just be “documenting Unity”—you’ll help power a new education model that bridges learning with working, delivering the right content at the time.

We’re looking for a Unity Technical Writer who can produce technical deep dives and student-facing educational content that accelerate developer growth. Your writing will be a critical part of our learning loop, helping junior engineers understand concepts, fix mistakes, and level up through real production tasks.

What you'll do

  • Write high-quality articles on advanced Unity topics—practical, code-heavy deep dives that go beyond the docs
  • Create student-facing educational content that teaches Unity and core programming concepts to junior-to-intermediate developers
  • Help shape our AI-powered individualized learning system by contributing ideas and sharpening the feedback loop

Required qualifications

  • Strong technical writing: clear structure, concrete examples, minimal jargon, and reader empathy
  • Solid working knowledge of Unity/C#. Bonus if you've shipped a Unity project
  • Passion for knowledge sharing and innovation on learning. Teaching experience is a strong plus
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to own deliverables with minimal handholding

What we offer

  • A startup-style environment with a supportive, high-trust culture
  • Creative freedom and real influence over the product
  • Flexible hours—you decide when you work, with light coordination for reviews/syncs
  • A strong learning culture, with access to mentor office hours and guest lectures
  • Make tangible impact on the next generation of game developers
About
RealXP Lab

At RealXP Lab, we’re building more than just an education platform—we’re exploring how continuous learning and meaningful work can go hand-in-hand. In a world shaped by rapidly advancing technology, especially AI, it’s time to rethink the traditional notion of a "job" and create systems that support lifelong learning and value creation.

We began with a simple goal: to experiment with such a system by applying it to the game industry. Meaningful work shouldn’t be reserved only for those who’ve mastered their craft—though they certainly deserve it—or for those fortunate enough to land in the right job. By democratizing access, we can foster a more equitable and humanistic future.

Why join us

  • Startup-style environment. Join a supportive, fast-moving team with candid collaboration, and low-bureaucracy execution.
  • Creative freedom. Bring ideas, make calls, and directly shape the game’s direction and moment-to-moment feel.
  • Wide exposure. As we expand our studio partnerships, you’ll have opportunities to touch new projects and genres.
  • Flexible hours. Work when you’re sharpest, with light coordination around reviews and syncs.
  • Strong learning culture. Participate in mentor office hours and guest lectures alongside a team that’s always leveling up.
  • Shape the future of learning. Help create a new model of education that bridges learning with work.

Join a team of talented individuals who are passionate about games, innovation, and making a real impact.
