Skymap Games is hiring a Game Producer to help guide and drive successful product development across our internal teams. This role is ideal for a mid-level producer who is ready to level up — someone with 5–6 years of experience who thrives on collaboration, coordination, and clear communication. You’re the kind of person who keeps syncs running smoothly, follows up proactively, and helps everyone stay aligned and moving forward.

As a Game Producer, you will manage the daily execution of projects across disciplines including engineering, art, design, QA, product, and live operations. You’ll be a core part of the production team, working closely with stakeholders and leads to keep schedules on track, blockers cleared, and goals in sight.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery of high-quality game experiences within time and budget
  • Own daily syncs, chase follow-ups, and maintain forward momentum across the team
  • Collaborate with leads to organize project schedules, resourcing, and deliverables
  • Use positive and active communication to constantly manage expectations across teams
  • Provide visibility into the state of projects through regular reporting and updates
  • Support a strong, open, and inclusive team culture built on respect, transparency, and accountability
  • Help define and improve production workflows, processes, and team health

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Producer or in a production management role within the games industry
  • Shipped at least one game title, preferably on PC or console
  • Experience working on live games or supporting post-launch content is a strong bonus
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, art, design, and QA
  • Experience with production tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, Google Workspace (Sheet, Slides, etc) or equivalent software stacks
  • A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and excited to grow into a senior-level role
  • A commitment to a respectful and inclusive work environment

Pluses

  • Experience with live operations and/or ongoing game content delivery
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum-based development
  • Background in both internal development and external publishing environments
  • A passion for games and player-focused experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
