Tabula Rasa is a roguelite deckbuilder set in an elegant monochrome world punctuated by vivid elemental colour. We’re looking for a Concept Artist to help us visualise this world and how the game fits into it.
We’re primarily looking for UK-based candidates, due to contracting, tax, and potential funding considerations.
Key Challenges
Scope of Work
You will be responsible for creating some screenshot mockups based on a comprehensive style guide and the existing game prototype, which will be combined with UI mockups to allow us to evaluate our planned visual direction.
Successful work could lead to more opportunities to create concept art for various biomes, set pieces, and characters. Many aspects of the game’s setting, theme, and characters remain to be decided, so this could be an opportunity to put your creative mark on an entire game!
Selection Criteria
We are looking for an experienced concept artist who can creatively interpret and synthesise our style guide, prototype, and game concept into a cohesive vision of what the game may look like. Someone who can bring their own ideas to the table and solve some of the key visual challenges at this early stage.
