The UI/UX Designer will design and build the interfaces players use to read, decide, and navigate The Conformist's political world. UI carries most of the player experience — dialogue, documents, maps, decision screens, and the systems behind them — so the role covers both how the interface looks and how it feels to use. Given the size of the team, the role also carries pipeline ownership, helping shape how UI is designed, implemented, and maintained across the project.

- Strong communication and documentation skills in cross-disciplinary teams.
- Interest in political, historical, or propaganda-era visual aesthetics.

- Make dense, text-heavy information readable and easy to navigate, with clear visual hierarchy and minimal friction.
- Work with the art team to establish and maintain a consistent visual language that fits each game's world and tone.
- Create high-quality UI art: layouts, icons, frames, buttons, typographic elements, diegetic elements (newspapers, documents, dossiers), and motion and transition states for UI animation.
- Work closely with programmers to integrate UI in Unity, including prefabs, layout groups, anchoring, animation, and responsive scaling across resolutions and aspect ratios.
