Vendetta is an indie publishing-as-a-service company and a subsidiary of Infinitize, a boutique strategic digital media consultancy that helps brands leverage community engagement and content creation - with clients spanning the gaming, K-pop, anime, art, and cultural niches.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead client delivery across our portfolio of indie game launches. This role is the central point of coordination between:

• Vendetta internal teams 
• Game developers and studio stakeholders
• External partners

You’ll ensure every campaign runs on time, on budget, and on strategy - from early announcement through launch and post-launch lifecycle.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for game clients
• Lead weekly client calls, status updates, and milestone reviews
• Translate client goals into clear scopes, timelines, and deliverables
• Build and manage end-to-end campaign timelines that align with major game beats
• Create project plans, task lists, and production schedules
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all deliverables ship on time
• Ensure all teams are aligned on strategy, deliverables, and deadlines
• Manage real-time communication during major beats
• Proactively identify opportunities and strategy optimizations
• Lead major launches

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of project management or account management experience
• Experience working on game launches (indie or mid-tier strongly preferred)
• Experience managing clients and cross-functional creative/marketing teams
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience with tools like: Asana, Slack, and Gsuite
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable leading client calls and presentations
• Experience working remotely in fast-paced, scrappy environments
• Experience working at a game studio, publisher, or agency is a plus
• Experience managing budgets and SOWs is a plus
